On Friday 21 March 2025, Colombian superstar Maluma will be performing in Belgium as part of his '+ PRETTY + DIRTY' tour. Expect a rhythmic concert of reggaeton, Latin trap and pop. Maluma is the stage name of Colombian Juan Luis Londoño Arias. At the age of 16, he caught the attention of Sony Music with his first single entitled 'Farandulera' and soon after broke through in Latin America with his debut album 'Magia' (2012). Megatubes like 'Obsesión' and 'Miss Independent' dominated radio stations and video clips went viral on social networks. Maluma made history by becoming the first Latin American musician to have more than 10 million followers on Instagram.
His next album, 'Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy' (2015), also catapulted him to the top of the Latin Pop and Urban charts in the US. Since then, his rise seems limitless. In 2018, 'F.A.M.E.' won him a Latin Grammy for Best Contemporary Pop Vocal Album. In 2019, he was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album with '11:11'. That same year, he was the subject of a documentary about his life: 'Maluma: Lo Que Era, Lo Que Soy, Lo Que Sere' (editor's note: Maluma: What I Was, What I Am, What I Will Be). Maluma's success continued with songs such as 'Sobrio' (2021), 'Marry Me' with Jennifer Lopez (2022) and the release of his EP 'The Love & Sex Tape'. His sixth album 'Don Juan' followed in 2023, with hits such as 'Coco Loco' and 'La Fórmula' with Marc Anthony. His list of collaborations is impressive: from The Weeknd to Nego do Borel, not forgetting J Balvin, Don Omar, Ricky Martin, Shakira and even Madonna. In May this year, Maluma released the hugely popular track 'MIONCA', a collaboration with Colombian rapper Pirlo. Now he has confirmed a European tour and a concert at the ING Arena in Brussels on Friday 21 March 2025.
